How to set up your workspace

Company info, branding, and domain — the first things a new workspace owner configures.
Right after you create your account, configure your organization's identity — company details, branding, and optionally a custom domain — before a single employee is invited. Your organization name and timezone affect how dates and reports display everywhere, branding is the first thing employees see when they accept an invitation, and a custom domain takes time to propagate, so start early. Anyone with settings.manage / role.admin can do this after initial signup.
Here's the order that works best:
Go to Settings > General and set your organization name, contact info, and timezone. The timezone becomes the reference point for attendance and reports — set it correctly now.
Go to Settings > Branding and set your logo, colors, and login page customization. This is what your team sees on the sign-in screen and app chrome.
Go to Settings > Domain to connect a custom domain instead of the default workspace URL. Optional — most workspaces run fine on the default URL, and you can add a domain later without redoing anything. Settings > Domain shows the DNS provisioning status once you start.
Go to Settings > Company to fill in staff, departments, tools, and locations from one hub, if you prefer configuring several basics from a single screen.
These settings apply workspace-wide immediately. Review them once before inviting your team, rather than adjusting branding after people are already using the product.
