Why these are three genuinely different kinds of "admin," not the same thing at different scales.

What this does

Distinguishes Staffintra's own platform operators from the roles that exist inside your workspace.

Who can do this

This is background context, most relevant to platform administrators and to workspace owners who interact with platform support.

What happens next

Platform Superadmin and Platform Admin are Staffintra's own operating staff — they are not part of any one customer workspace, and they manage things that apply across every workspace: publishing new app versions, cross-tenant release rollout, platform-wide system status, and (for platform admins specifically) most day-to-day platform operations, with a handful of the highest-risk actions — like a fleet-wide agent rollout — reserved for superadmins only. Tenant Owner and Tenant Admin, by contrast, exist entirely within one workspace and never affect any other workspace. A platform admin can access any individual workspace for support purposes; a tenant owner or admin cannot access any workspace but their own, no matter how senior their role is inside it.

Important notes

  • If a support request needs a platform-level action (like a Staffintra release), your workspace's own owner or admin cannot perform it themselves — it goes through Staffintra platform support.
