How to install the Desktop Agent

The Desktop Agent runs in your system tray and quietly records what you work on. Install it on any computer you use for work.
Follow these steps:
Get the installer — your admin shares it, or you find it under your work apps.
Run the installer and start the agent. It appears in the tray/system bar.
Enroll the device with the enrollment code from Work > Devices (or your admin).
On macOS, grant the permissions the agent asks for (screen monitoring / accessibility). See macOS permissions for the Desktop Agent, explained.
Keep the agent running during work hours. Check its status in the tray — see What each Desktop Agent status means.
Verify yourself: open Work > My Productivity and confirm your activity appears.
Pause or exit the agent when off duty, and unenroll the device when you no longer use it (see Managing your tracking devices).
