Understanding plans and add-ons

Plans, pricing models, and what you pay for — at a glance.

Your workspace runs on a base plan. Apps and add-ons (Payroll, Productivity, Knowledge AI) are billed on top, either flat or per user. Understand your plan before changing seats: headcount changes can affect per-user costs.

Follow these steps:

1. Open Settings > Billing to see your current plan, renewals, and add-ons.

2. Check monthly vs. annual billing — annual is typically discounted.

3. Review add-ons — each shows its pricing model (flat vs. per user).

4. Estimate per-user costs — compare your active user count against the per-user add-ons you subscribe to.

5. Check the free trial — trial tenants access paid apps during the trial; choose a plan before it ends.

6. Ask before scaling — if you're about to add many users, review your plan first (see How to manage billing).
