The real reporting areas in Staffintra and who can see each one.

What this does

Orients you to the real reporting areas so you know where to look for a specific answer.

Who can do this

Everyone sees reports about themselves; team- or organization-wide reporting requires the matching "view team/all" permission for that area.

What happens next

Productivity reporting lives under My Productivity (yourself) and Team Productivity (a manager's team-wide view). Attendance reporting lives under the Attendance page (yourself) and Reports > Attendance (team/organization). People reporting covers headcount, department, and directory-level views. Work/Operations reporting covers tasks, projects, and case-management activity where those modules are installed. Finance reporting (where Payroll/Accounting are installed) covers payroll runs and accounting activity.

Important notes

  • A report never shows more than the underlying feature's own permission allows — reports are a view over real permission-scoped data, not a separate access path around it.
