Choose which measures count, their weights, grade bands, and what employees can see.

What this does

Lets you change which measures make up the org's Productivity Score, how heavily each counts, the grade thresholds, and which measures employees can see the breakdown for.

Who can do this

Anyone with productivity-configuration management permission (tenant admins and owners by default).

Steps

  1. Go to Settings > Productivity > Productivity Score.

  2. Turn individual measures on or off, and adjust each one's weight — enabled measures must total exactly 100%; Save is blocked until they do.

  3. Reorder measures if you want a different presentation order.

  4. Toggle "visible to employees" per measure to control whether employees see that specific factor's breakdown.

  5. Adjust the grade bands if the defaults don't match how your organization wants to communicate performance.

  6. Save.

What happens next

This only changes presentation/weighting — it never recomputes the underlying raw signals (tasks completed, hours worked, etc.), which come from the same real data used elsewhere in Staffintra.

Important notes

  • The organization-wide "Scores & Recognition" overview (grade distribution, highest performers) is a separate tab on the same page, gated by the same productivity-configuration view permission.
