Linking a third-party service like QuickBooks, Google Workspace, Slack, or GitHub to your workspace.
What this does
Authorizes Staffintra to connect to a third-party service on behalf of your workspace.
Who can do this
Tenant admins and owners. The exact permission checked differs by integration: QuickBooks specifically requires integrations.manage; the marketplace-style integrations and Google Maps require settings.manage instead.
Steps
Go to Settings > Integrations.
Find the integration you want (e.g. QuickBooks, Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub).
Click Connect and complete the provider's own sign-in/authorization flow.
Return to Staffintra — the integration now shows as connected.
What happens next
Depending on the integration, this unlocks specific features elsewhere — for example, QuickBooks connects your accounting data, Google Workspace enables Google-based sync features, Slack/GitHub connect their respective notifications or activity.
Important notes
Some integrations need additional per-integration configuration after connecting (for example, an API key) — check the integration's own settings panel.
