How to connect an integration

Add a third-party service so data flows both ways.

Integrations connect services like Google Workspace, email/SMS providers, and AI providers. Each connection is authorized once, and then data starts flowing.

Follow these steps:

1. Open Settings > Integrations.

2. Find the integration in the list and click Connect.

3. Follow the provider's authorization flow — sign in to the third-party service and grant the requested permissions.

4. Complete the setup form — paste any API keys/tokens the integration requires.

5. Click Save/Connect.

6. Verify the connection status — a healthy integration shows a connected badge.

7. Test it — e.g., trigger one notification or sync one calendar, and confirm it arrives.
