Changing settings for a connected integration, or removing it.

What this does

Updates or removes an already-connected integration.

Who can do this

Tenant admins and owners. Disconnecting specifically requires settings.delete for most integrations (a different, more tightly scoped permission than the settings.manage used to connect one) — QuickBooks is the exception, gated on integrations.manage for both connecting and disconnecting.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations.

  2. Open the connected integration.

  3. Adjust its configuration, or choose Disconnect.

  4. Confirm the disconnect.

What happens next

Disconnecting removes the stored connection/credentials immediately — it does not delete data Staffintra already imported through that integration. If the integration was Google, this also disables the underlying Google integration record.

Important notes

  • Removing the connection is not the same as deleting your data — anything already synced into Staffintra stays; only the live connection and future syncing stop.
