How to manage or disconnect an integration

Update credentials, reconfigure, or remove a connection cleanly.

Keeping integrations tidy avoids stale credentials and broken data flow. Disconnecting removes the connection but leaves your workspace data intact.

Follow these steps:

1. Open Settings > Integrations.

2. To reconfigure, open the integration and edit its settings or re-authorize.

3. To rotate credentials, update the token/API key and save — do this whenever a key may have leaked.

4. To disconnect, open the integration and click Disconnect, then confirm.

5. If reconnecting later, the setup flow starts fresh (see How to connect an integration).

6. Check for dependency warnings — disconnecting a service other features rely on (e.g., Google Drive in Resources) affects those features.
