A connected service stopped syncing, is failing, or won't connect.

Integration failures are usually credentials, permissions, or a dependency change. Diagnose in this order.

Follow these steps:

  1. Check status — open Settings > Integrations and look for the connection's health badge.

  2. Re-authorize — revoke and re-connect the integration to refresh tokens (see How to manage or disconnect an integration).

  3. Check the third party — the provider (Google, AWS, Stripe, etc.) may be having an outage or changed its API.

  4. Check scope/permissions — the connected account must have rights to the data it's sharing (e.g., Drive files, calendar).

  5. Check API limits — hitting rate limits can pause syncs until the limit resets.

  6. Check dependencies — an app you disconnected may be what the integration relied on; reinstall it (see How to discover, install, and activate apps).
