What the Summary, Activity Pattern, and Distribution sections actually show.

What this does

Your own activity broken down by how much of it was productive.

Who can do this

Every employee sees their own My Productivity page — visibility of this page itself is controlled by your workspace's Employee Self Visibility setting (Off / Summary / Full).

What happens next

Summary shows your active vs. idle time and an overall quality percentage for the selected period. Distribution breaks that time down into Applications (native apps, from the Desktop Agent) and Websites (from the browser extension), each classified as Highly Productive, Productive, Neutral, Unproductive, or Ignored based on the rules described in "How classification rules and scope precedence work" — anything with no matching rule shows as Unclassified.

Important notes

  • If your workspace's self-visibility setting is Off, you won't see this page at all, regardless of your role — this is a deliberate privacy setting an administrator controls.

  • If it's set to Summary, you see active/idle time and a trend, but not the Applications/Websites breakdown by name.

Troubleshooting

  • Applications shows 0 while Websites has real numbers — see "Applications not showing in My Productivity" in Troubleshooting.
