How a manager sees their team's activity, and how to confirm, override, or reject a productivity conclusion.
What this does
Gives a manager or admin a team-wide activity view, and a dedicated place to confirm, override, or reject what the system concluded about an individual's productivity for a period.
Who can do this
Requires team/organization-wide activity visibility for the aggregate view, and one of the review permissions (confirm, override, or reject) for the Team Performance review actions specifically — each of the three actions is its own permission, so a role can be given just the ability to, say, confirm without also being able to override.
Steps
Go to Team Performance.
Review a team member's computed productivity result for the period.
Confirm it if it looks right, Override it with a corrected score/classification if it doesn't, or Reject it with a reason if the underlying data is wrong.
What happens next
Your decision is recorded against that review and visible in its history — this does not change the underlying activity data, only the reviewed conclusion drawn from it.
Important notes
Team Productivity (the aggregate multi-employee view) is a different page from My Productivity (your own data) — a manager sees both.
