Why the Websites list in Distribution might be empty.

The employee can check the extension itself; an administrator needs to check the workspace-level setting.

What happens next

Most common causes:

1. The browser extension isn't installed, or isn't paired/connected — see "Browser extension not tracking."

2. You weren't clocked in during the period you're viewing.

3. An administrator has turned off website collection specifically for your workspace in Settings > Activity & Privacy.

Troubleshooting

• You only use one browser and it has the extension, but still see nothing — confirm the extension is actually paired/connected, not just installed.
