The "Applications Manager" panel and app-specific access permissions.
What this does
Controls who inside your organization can use a given app once it's installed, distinct from whether the app is installed/active at all.
Who can do this
Managing app access assignments is an owner-level action.
What happens next
An app being "active" for your workspace and a specific person being allowed to use it are two separate questions. Activation is a workspace-wide switch (Apps > Install/Activate). Access is then granted per role, department, or individual through the app's access assignment — an app can be active for your workspace while still being invisible to someone whose role or department hasn't been granted access to it.
